KPK ensnare Anas with Article 12, subparagraph a or b or Article 11 of Law No. 31 of 1999, which converted into Law No. 20 of 2001 on the eradication of corruption , based on two powerful evidence .
Anas determination as the suspect is formalized through warrant investigation ( sprindik ) dated February 22, 2013 . The stipulation read by KPK spokesman Johan Budi , at a press conference at the Commission 's office on Friday night .
Anas allegedly receiving gifts related Hambalang project when he was a member of the House of Representatives 1999-2004 .
Previously , the Commission has set two suspects Hambalang , the former Youth and Sports Minister Andi Alfian Mallarangeng and Head of Finance and Household Kemenpora Deddy Kusdinar . What is alleged against Andi and Deddy KPK different from Anas . If Anas allegedly received gratuities , then Andi and Deddy allegedly jointly committed an unlawful act and the abuse of authority to benefit themselves or others .
We'll see next process , whether Anas will be found guilty in the Hambalang project or not , because Anas himself had boasted that , " The Anas rupiah corruption in Hambalang , Anas hanging on the monument , " said Anas last year .
